Financial support to organize or attend a scientific event in 2021

You are a researcher in Estonia or in France and you would like to take advantage of a seminar to find new partners? You are a research institution and you want to boost the internationalization of your conference? The French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation helps scientists to participate in events in the partner country.

  • The ACCES program call for proposals aims to co-finance the hosting of Estonian researchers in seminars, symposia or congresses organized in France.
  • The PARCECO program call for proposals aims to co-finance the participation of French lecturers in seminars or summer/winter schools organized in Estonia.

Both calls are open until January 31. The French Institute of Estonia will assist you in the elaboration of the application form. Please contact our scientific and academic cooperation attaché if you have any questions and to get the form :
